Wilson Elser has established a new Commercial Services Practice Group to address a vast array of business and corporate transactions. The practice draws upon the best and most experienced attorneys within the firm from key legal disciplines. The group now has a practice specific website (commercialservices.wilsonelser.com) to offer detailed information for its prospective and current clients.
The new Commercial Services Practice Group will be comprised of a cohesive unit of multi-disciplined attorneys dedicated to achieving the commercial business goals of Wilson Elser clients. The group will develop and implement innovative solutions for all types of business transactions and disputes while adhering to the firm tradition of always addressing clients’ needs in the most cost effective and expeditious manner.
In developing effective solutions, Wilson Elser will draw upon its experience in a multitude of legal areas. These areas will include commercial transactions, contracts, sales and acquisitions, real estate acquisition and development, banking, equipment leases, loan workouts, collateral recovery, collections, bankruptcy and intellectual property. In addition, individual clients will be represented in estate planning at all financial levels and have access to superior litigation capabilities in the areas of commercial disputes, trade secrets, employment and non-competition agreement disputes and the UCC issues.
