Jerry S. Hoffman is a Partner in the Albany office.  Jerry heads the Albany office health care practice.

This practice includes the formation and operation of provider networks and the development of provider-based integrated delivery systems.  The practice also includes the representation of clients in establishing multi-specialty group practices, private practice partnerships, independent practice associations, physician hospital organizations, and management service organizations.

Additionally, Jerry is involved with the representation of health care providers and others in their varied interactions with regulatory agencies both in New York State and nationally.  These regulatory matters include, but are not limited to New York State Certificates of Need and establishment processing, Medicaid and Medicare audits, and a full range of license, credentialing, and disciplinary matters.  Jerry is active in a variety of health care-related professional organizations in New York.
