Mark W. Thomas is a Partner in the Albany office. He has extensive experience in all aspects of hospital and health provider law and regulation. He regularly works with the firm's governmental affairs lawyers on behalf of clients. Many of these clients have issues before state agencies and the Legislature. Prior to joining the firm, he was general counsel of the Healthcare Association of New York State for 15 years. He also served as counsel to the New York State Senate Health Committee for seven years.
