Ashley E. Frizzell is a Partner in the Dallas office.  Her practice focuses on representing insurers in insurance coverage matters, primarily involving directors and officers, errors and omissions, and commercial general liability policies. 

Ashley's experience includes providing advice on policy interpretation, coverage determinations, claims handling and bad faith avoidance, as well as litigating contractual and extra-contractual claims on a nationwide basis.  She has also handled numerous appeals in both state and federal courts.

Ashley served as a law clerk from 1998 through 2000 for the Court of Appeals, Second District of Texas.  Additionally, she has been published in the Southern Methodist University Law Review.
