Price Collins is a Partner in the Dallas office.  He has been involved in a wide variety of litigation in both state and federal courts.

The majority of his career has been devoted to advising insurance companies in coverage-related matters, including coverage determinations, claims handling, settlement negotiations, and bad faith avoidance, as well as handling litigation involving contractual and extra-contractual claims on a nation-wide basis.  His coverage experience involves a wide range of issues under a variety of insurance policies, including directors and officers, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, commercial property, homeowner, automobile, and kidnap and ransom policies.

Price has extensive experience in the area of D&O coverage, including representing insurers with respect to class action securities fraud and shareholder derivative claims against insureds.  He also frequently represents insurers in coverage matters arising from claims involving construction defects.  He has been published in the Southern Methodist University Law Review and numerous insurance industry publications.
