Charles M. Feuer is a Partner in the White Plains office. He joined the firm after having been a managing partner with another White Plains law firm, and has since enhanced the banking practice area of Wilson Elser. Chuck has more that 30 years extensive experience representing national and regional financial institutions in commercial loan restructuring and litigation, including trials in the federal and state courts, as well as appellate practice.
Chuck has represented the County of Westchester in defense of civil rights litigation, as well as a diverse corporate, commercial and real estate clientele involving shopping centers, technology corporations and partnerships. He is presently serving as special litigation counsel for the Village of Port Chester and has served as special litigation counsel for the City of Yonkers and the Town of Mamaronek. He is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in North Castle, NY.
Additionally, Chuck has represented clients in arbitration of real estate and corporate disputes under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. He also acts as corporate and partnership counsel, advising clients on resolution of matters ranging from labor issues to governmental compliance, without the need for litigation.
