James Rehberger is a Partner in the New Jersey office. Prior to entering the law profession, James was an engineer for a worldwide architectural/engineering consulting firm and worked on a variety of projects.
During his years with the firm, James has handled virtually every type of litigation. His legal practice focuses on general liability, product liability, class actions, construction litigation, premises liability, toxic torts, professional liability and insurance coverage. He is also experienced in handling workers' compensation claims.
James was second chair in several product liability cases successfully litigated by the firm, including ones involving ladders, scaffolds and table saws. His practice also encompasses legal malpractice, slips and falls, and a variety of other civil cases.
