William J. Riina is a Partner in the New Jersey office.  His practice focuses on the trials and appeals of product liability, construction litigation, professional liability, commercial litigation and employment practices matters in the New Jersey state and federal courts.

Bill has extensive trial experience in a wide variety of substantive areas.  He has defended manufacturers of consumer products, electrical appliances, beverages, industrial machinery and compaction equipment.

In the field of sports and recreation law, Bill has represented both professional sports teams and recreational organizations.  He has represented project owners, general contractors, engineers and construction management firms in construction litigation matters.  Bill also has broad commercial litigation involvement, appearing on behalf of closely-held and national corporations and financial institutions in contract disputes.

Bill is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  Additionally, he is a Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey.
