David J. Finucane is Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore offices.  His practice focuses on health care and complex medical malpractice matters.

Dave’s health care experience is based, in part, on his education and training as a Navy Corpsman and Mohs micrographic surgery technician. While serving at Bethesda Naval Hospital, he was the senior dermatology technician and the only Navy Mohs surgery technician on the East Coast and in Europe lending to his being an integral part in the care of numerous domestic and foreign dignitaries.  Dave acted as a consultant on several occasions assisting the Naval School of Health Sciences plan the curriculum for the Dermatology Technician School.  After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he worked as a consultant during the inception of the Mohs micrographic surgery centers at the University of Virginia, The George Washington University Medical Center, as well as for several private surgery centers in the Washington Metropolitan area.
