Edward O’Gorman (Partner-White Plains) who prevailed on a summary judgment motion in Malloy v. Friedland, a New York County Supreme Court decision, was affirmed by the First Department. Plaintiff, a 30-year-old Homeland Security employee, brought a personal injury action after falling into a trap door. He sustained multiple leg fractures and several surgeries, a shortening of the leg and inability to work.
