Wilson Elser established its Baltimore office in 1987.  In 2005, the office relocated to new space adjacent to the city courts and in close proximity to the federal court, as well as the Inner Harbor.

In the health care and professional fields, our clients include, among others, hospitals, individual providers, managed care organizations, attorneys, architects and engineers.  Our attorneys litigate cases throughout all counties and cities of Maryland, as well as the state of West Virginia.  We also have experience with disputes handled by the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

In product liability, our representation includes manufacturers of automotive products, medical devices, industrial machinery, marine and watercraft products, and rail and transportation equipment.  Our work in the insurance and reinsurance areas includes coverage analyses and the representation of insurers in numerous lines of coverage.
