Our Washington presence enhances a practice that is national and international in character.  Our international experience extends to employment class claims at international agencies, licensing agreements, political risk analysis and protection, creating contracts and interpreting the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  We have successfully defended a major international hotel chain from liability for a terrorist attack in the Middle East.  We have defended cases in foreign courts and before international tribunals, including the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.
