Jessica Collier represents clients in complex first and third party claims. She has handled all aspects of insurance coverage and defense matters and litigated matters in state and federal courts.
Jessica specializes in international and domestic crisis management, including product recall and food contamination issues. Jessica also focuses her practice on transportation, construction defect, employment, and professional liability matters. She has participated in numerous jury trials and brought cases to successful resolution for the companies she represents.
Jessica serves as the Colorado State and Local Defense Organization Representative for DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar (DRI). She is on the Legal Education Committee of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA). She also was on the board of directors of CDLA, where she previously served as the chair of the Employment Law and Young Lawyer committees.
Jessica is the co-author of “Retrospective of 2010 Product Recall and Food Contamination Coverage Decisions,” Mealey’s Personal Injury Report, and she is author of “Internet Research: Need, Reliability, and Admissibility,” which appeared with differing titles in The Colorado Lawyer; The Whisper, DRI; Strictly Speaking, DRI; and Colorado Claims Magazine.
