Anthony "Skip" Piscitelli is a Partner in the Albany office. He is a lobbyist for clients at both the New York State and New York City levels of government.
Prior to joining the firm, Skip previously served eight years as New York City's chief lobbyist in Albany as the Director of the City's Office of State Legislative Affairs under both Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. He represented the City of New York's interests in a variety of fields before the legislative and executive branches of New York State Government. He also has been directly involved with the drafting and adoption of a number of state statutes.
Additionally, Skip served as Special Assistant to New York City Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta, as Assistant Legislative Representative to former Mayors David Dinkins and Rudolph Giuliani, as an assistant to the Commissioner of Economic Development, as Special Assistant to the President of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and as Law Secretary in the New York State Supreme Court.
