Wilson Elser Named a 2012 Litigation King by Corporate Counsel Magazine

Wilson Elser has been named to Corporate Counsel magazine’s 2012 list of "Litigation Kings," which appeared in the October 2012 issue. The firm appeared in two areas – contracts litigation and torts litigation. In addition to appearing in this feature, Wilson Elser is well represented on American Lawyer Media lists, including being named to the Am Law 100, the NLJ 250, as a Go-To Litigation Firm and as a Go-To Law Firm.
Each year, Corporate Counsel examines which law firms Fortune 100 companies hire to represent them. By combing through thousands of court filings, ALM and Corporate Counsel have compiled a list of law firms that corporate legal departments “hire when the company’s future could be in peril.”
