Paul Paray is Of Counsel in the New Jersey office. He is a commercial litigator who also counsels clients on managing technology risk. His litigation experience includes commercial disputes involving data losses, online copyright and trade secret infringements, securities fraud class actions, employee trade secret theft and shareholder disputes.

 

Paul previously built an insurance practice focused on privacy exposures while working at several large insurance services firms. Recognized for his knowledge in the area of commercial litigation and risk management, Paul has been interviewed and quoted in Business Insurance, The Hartford Business Journal, The New York Times, The Newark Star-Ledger, The Financial Post, CFO magazine and other leading publications.
