Aaron Bengart represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law litigation at the agency, state, and federal levels. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, whistleblowing, and negligence.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Aaron worked at an insurance defense firm, where he handled labor and employment matters and defended claims in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

In the employment and labor area, Aaron provides strategic counsel to employers on compliance with federal and state laws, including but not limited to hiring practices, termination procedures, discrimination prevention, wage and hour regulations, disability accommodations, risk management strategies, and internal investigations. He regularly advises clients on best practices regarding employment policies, contracts, and diversity and inclusion issues. Additionally, Aaron is well-versed in drafting workplace policies, handbooks, and employment agreements for employers.
