Abigail Elizabeth Kerr represents companies and individuals in the areas of general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death. A former police detective, Abigail has a keen eye for detail and relentlessly pursues excellence at every stage of litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Abigail represented first responders and private clients in criminal, civil, and administrative matters. Before beginning her legal career, Abigail served with the Holly Springs, Georgia, Police Department, and continues her work as a private firearms instructor through her training academy.
