Alan B. Friedberg

Alan Friedberg (Partner-White Plains, NY) gave a CLE presentation for the Bronx County Bar Association titled “The ABCs of EBTs: From the Plaintiff and Defendant Perspective” on November 24, 2021. The course provided insights on preparing witnesses for their depositions and taking depositions from the defense perspective. Alan also discussed recent significant changes in New York practice regarding the timing, party limitations and procedures implemented in February 2021 by New York’s chief administrative judge for depositions. Alan was joined by a noted plaintiff’s attorney, providing attendees with perspectives from both sides of the aisle.
