Aldo Caira represents individuals and businesses in all phases of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims in complex matters spanning a wide range of areas, including premises liability, personal injury, New York Labor Law disputes, and insurance defense.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Aldo practiced at a regional civil litigation firm, handling matters involving construction accidents and New York Labor Law, property damage, insurance coverage, and premises liability. Previously, he served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where he represented the City and its agencies in personal injury, civil rights, and administrative law matters. During law school, Aldo interned for the Honorable O. Peter Sherwood of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
