Alejandro (Alex) Frank has represented several Fortune 500 companies in various types of litigation, ranging from complex product liability matters to general liability and personal injury matters. His practice encompasses transportation, product liability, toxic tort, environmental, and commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. Alex is involved in all phases of litigation – including pre-suit investigation, discovery, and expert development – to build compelling case narratives and advance vigorous motion practice through trial.
Alex has advocated for his clients in Missouri circuit and appellate courts, Illinois circuit courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois. He also successfully argued a motion for summary judgment in the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Palm Beach County.
Alex proactively seeks strategies to reduce liability and exposure for his clients so they can mitigate and manage risks. His trial experience includes commercial litigation, toxic tort, and various real estate litigation matters.
