Alex Levin focuses his defense litigation practice on commercial litigation and employment matters, including discrimination, wage theft, and contract dispute. He has extensive experience working with state and federal administrative agencies in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Missouri. Alex regularly advises clients on employment matters, including discipline and termination of employees, handling these claims from the administrative stage through trial. He works closely with clients to ensure they understand every aspect of litigation, from inception to completion.
Alex served on Wilson Elser’s Associate Focus Committee from 2022 through 2024 and as chair of the Chicago office in 2024. In that leadership role, he worked tirelessly to provide advice and counsel to younger attorneys, helping them transition to the Chicago office by providing valuable insight, advice and assistance.
During law school, Alex worked with the University of Iowa Law Clinic, handling employment matters, and as a research assistant, helping to draft amicus curiae briefs for the United States Supreme Court and course textbooks.
