Alex Rovzar defends commercial clients on claims in the trucking, transportation and cargo sector. He also handles general liability matters, including negligent hiring, training and security cases, and ordinary premises liability claims. Alex’s practice encompasses lawsuits stemming from garden-variety negligence actions with modest damages to complex tort claims resulting in cargo losses, catastrophic injury or death. Alex frequently assists in pre-suit investigations and rapid response actions following catastrophic events.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Alex represented some of the most prominent health care providers in the Boston area in a wide range of complex medical malpractice and wrongful death actions. In that capacity, he consistently obtained favorable outcomes for clients, often at the pleading or summary judgment stages.
