Alexis Mustell represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including the defense of claims related to breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and related business torts, as well as other general liability litigation.

While at Stetson College of Law, Alexis was a law clerk at a large civil litigation firm in Miami, Florida. In addition, she served as an extern with the Florida Second District Court of Appeal, providing substantive legal analysis and advice on pending appeals.
