Alicia Pierre-Louis is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, transportation, and general liability defense.

Alicia is a dedicated advocate for her clients and focuses on effective case strategy, early issue identification, and efficient resolution of claims.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Alicia was a litigation attorney with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where she represented the agency in complex liability matters involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, including claims involving significant and catastrophic injuries. Her practice included identifying and pursuing contractual indemnification and risk transfer opportunities on behalf of her client.

She also served as an in-house trial attorney for a major insurance carrier handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability defense, where she served as lead trial attorney in such matters.

Alicia began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she developed strong courtroom and litigation experience.  

Alicia is a member of Wilson Elser’s national defense team for a major technology company.
