Allison Rodriguez focuses her practice on the defense of municipal liability claims involving civil rights actions, public officials, police officers, and employment liability cases. Her team handles municipal matters stemming from allegations of violations of the Civil Rights Act and high-exposure mass tort claims. In addition, Allison is well-versed in defending claims related to zoning and land use, tort liability, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, failure to provide adequate police protection, and malicious prosecution.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Allison worked at a civil litigation firm, where she handled claims involving general liability, premises liability, and construction disputes, as well as defending against claims alleging violations of New York State Labor Laws.
