Alyssa McCartney handles insurance defense and coverage matters from claim inception through resolution. 

Previously, Alyssa worked at a Philadelphia law firm defending various car manufacturers and distributors in vehicular products liability, warranty and asbestos matters. She also handled warranty cases from inception to completion – including all responsive pleadings, discovery, depositions, inspections, expert reports and settlements. 

Alyssa held a clerkship with the Honorable Anne E. Lazarus of Pennsylvania Superior Court.
