Alyssa Lebron represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of complex tort and general casualty claims. Alyssa effectively develops litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Alyssa was an Assistant District Attorney in the Queen’s County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as lead counsel in numerous violent felony trials and prosecuted various felony cases from jury selection through sentencing in matters involving robbery, criminal possession of a weapon, drug possession, and sexual abuse, among others. Alyssa handled investigations, grand jury presentations, plea negotiations, suppression hearings, and trials. She also served as a rider for the Career Criminal Major Crimes Bureau, where she drafted search warrants, arrest warrants, and subpoenas, conducted line-ups and interviews of key witnesses, and responded to crime scenes. In addition, Alyssa prepared medical and forensic experts for trial testimony.
