Amanda Schribman represents established businesses, municipalities and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Amanda focuses her practice on the defense of claims related to general liability, employment and labor law, construction litigation, premises liability and automobile liability.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Amanda gained valuable litigation and trial experience as an intern at two New York City personal injury firms. During law school, Amanda was the training coordinator for the Moot Court Association and was selected to compete in three national moot court competitions. She continues to devote time to training law students to improve their oral argument skills, serving as a judge at New York Law School's Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. In addition, Amanda was the president of New York Law School's Legal Association for Women. She is dedicated to changing the perception of feminism and gender equality for women in the legal profession. Her pro bono work in the law school's Street Law program included teaching high school students about the U.S. government and the legal system, fueling her passion for enlightening and empowering young, aspiring lawyers.
