Amy Hedgecock represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation. Her practice focuses on representing businesses in contract disputes and defending insurance carriers and insureds against claims related to general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and products liability. Amy has extensive experience conducting fraud investigations and defending insurance companies in first-party litigation alleging bad faith claims handling in auto and homeowner lawsuits. Dedicated to providing tailored representation, Amy takes a proactive approach to creating defense strategies that are specific to each client’s unique litigation needs.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Amy gained valuable experience at several national law firms, where she represented business entities across a wide range of industries and effectively handled insurance defense and litigation related to various general liability matters.
