Andrew Shaw is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts who concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, premises liability and security, product liability, transportation, construction and commercial disputes. He also has extensive litigation experience handling bankruptcy, real estate, family law and criminal matters. Andrew was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Mercer County office of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender. He also has extensive transactional experience handling real estate transactions and contract matters.
Andrew is an aggressive, thoughtful advocate for his clients, who appreciate his knowledge, hard work, responsiveness, attention to detail and regular reporting at every stage of a matter.
