Angelique So is a skilled attorney with practice-area expertise in all aspects of transportation, product liability, general liability and maritime litigation matters. Angelique also is experienced in handling arbitration and civil matters in state and federal courts, from large mass-tort style personal injury cases to large class actions. She is experienced in emergency catastrophic response nationwide, mobilizing investigators, accident reconstruction experts and others to ensure evidence is timely preserved. Her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach minimizes legal risk while zealously protecting the company’s brand and reputation.
While a litigation counsel for a leading micro-mobility company, Angelique proactively managed the entire litigation process through early case evaluation, aggressive motion practice, development of a strong defense narrative, and favorable resolution of a portfolio of complex, high-exposure disputes nationwide. Her experience with a consumer-facing technology company gives her a strong ability to understand and interpret complex data. She is well-versed in data analytics, enabling her to assess and predict legal trends.
Angelique also served as in-house counsel for a regional security company, where she oversaw employment, compliance and operational matters. Given her extensive insurance experience, she is highly sought for her understanding of the insurance and claims ecosystems. Prior to joining the firm, she also worked in litigation financing and academia.
