Anthony Mancuso represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving rideshare and transportation liability, construction defect, and premises liability. Anthony effectively handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit matters to drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, depositions, and vigorous motion practice through mediation, arbitration, and defending cases at trial. Anthony appreciates the individual needs of his clients and is focused on achieving favorable and cost-effective results.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Anthony gained valuable experience at an established insurance defense firm, where his practice included handling liability claims and investigating and defending insurance claims. Following law school, Anthony served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lourdes Lucas of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.
