Anthony Monticciolo is an aggressive defense litigator who represents businesses in all aspects of civil defense litigation. His practice focuses on defending high-exposure matters involving catastrophic accidents, premises liability, commercial litigation, labor and employment, municipal liability, and general commercial liability.
Anthony has obtained numerous dismissals on behalf of governmental entities in civil rights matters, including claims related to inmate conditions, police misconduct, and hostile work environments. He has also successfully defended contractors and engineers against professional negligence claims involving complex and catastrophic construction defects. Anthony has previously served as coverage counsel to several insurers and has litigated several officer and director liability matters.
