Arianah Musser is a skilled litigator and counselor whose practice focuses on commercial litigation matters. She advises clients throughout all phases of civil litigation – from pre-suit investigation through appeal. Arianah leverages her fluency in Spanish to build client trust and foster strong relationships. She is deeply committed to meeting clients’ objectives and goals while striving to minimize the financial and emotional toll of litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Arianah worked at a Seattle-based law firm, where she handled a wide range of civil litigation, including employment matters and contract law disputes. Previously, Arianah gained valuable insight into appellate matters and procedure as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James R. Verellen of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.

Arianah has devoted numerous volunteer attorney hours to pro bono practice, including work with the Family Violence Appellate Project on case assessments and mock oral arguments, and assisting Spanish-speaking clients with various immigration matters for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
