Jana Farmer (Partner-White Plains, NY) presented on the panel “Warhol, NFTs, and Patent Forum Shopping: The Latest Emerging Issues in IP (Intellectual Property)” at the DRI Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference held April 26-28, 2023, in New Orleans.
