Ashley Faulkner’s practice is dedicated to defending clients in toxic tort claims. She represents large corporations in toxic tort litigation, with a particular focus on silicosis-related matters. Ashley skillfully manages pre-trial litigation, including review of comprehensive discovery, preparing detailed responses to discovery requests, and conducting thorough trial preparation.

Ashley began her career in civil litigation, handling matters involving general liability as well as complex business and commercial litigation. In this capacity, she advised clients on a broad range of business and commercial matters, involving contract disputes, litigation strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.

During law school, Ashley gained valuable hands-on experience clerking at a civil defense litigation firm, where she worked on general liability and toxic tort matters. In that role, she assisted with legal research and supported litigation strategy, developing a strong foundation in civil procedure and risk analysis.

Drawing on her litigation background and prior transactional focus, Ashley brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to complex legal matters, helping clients navigate issues efficiently and strategically.

In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, camping, and visiting national parks.
