Ashley S. Costello

Ashley Costello represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, with a focus on defending claims related to general liability, premises liability, and complex tort and general casualty. She also effectively handles litigation involving product liability, toxic torts, and employment and labor disputes. In addition, Ashley has represented individuals and businesses in construction defect claims as well as real estate and contract disputes.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Ashley practiced at a full-service litigation firm, where she handled complex rideshare litigation matters, representing clients through all phases of litigation. She began her career at a plaintiffs’ firm, where she handled a wide variety of personal injury matters, gaining valuable insight into the plaintiff perspective that continues to inform and strengthen her approach to defense litigation.
