Adam C. Del Vecchio Associate




Adam Del Vecchio handles a wide range of matters in the area of general liability, including property damages, personal injury, premises liability, construction/Labor Law and automobile claims. He works with insurance companies and clients such as property owners, large retail stores, safety consultants and contractors. Adam participates in all stages of litigation, from initial case and claims evaluations to conducting depositions, drafting and orally arguing motions, and conducting legal research. He also has experience in a variety of premises liability matters for retail clients, pharmaceutical malpractice, automobile litigation and other personal injury matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Adam was as an associate at a mid-size civil litigation firm, where he concentrated his practice on a wide array of general litigation matters, specializing in defense of Fortune 500 companies and insurance carriers in matters such as premises and automobile liability and pharmaceutical malpractice. During law school Adam served as a student advocate with the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanors in Nassau County District Court. Adam also served as a legal intern at a nonprofit legal services provider in Manhattan, where he focused on consumer rights and low-income bankruptcy.
