Alexis Grossman Associate




Alexis Grossman currently works to defend a ride-share application client and is involved in complex, high-exposure matters involving personal injury and property damage claims. Her team also handles coverage matters on behalf of general liability insurers, issuing coverage opinions and litigating coverage issues. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Alexis worked at a prominent, broad-based, insurance defense firm, where she conducted depositions, successfully drafted and argued dispositive motions, and resolved numerous cases through negotiations with opposing counsel, while simultaneously advocating for her clients.

She has experience with construction, subrogation, general liability, automobile, products liability and insurance coverage. 

While in law school, Alexis received CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Legal Process I; Legal Process II – Best Oral Advocate; and First Amendment Seminar. She was an Honors Program Scholar on the Dean’s List and participated in the Student Bar Association and Nassau County Inn of Court. 

Most notably, Alexis was a judicial extern with the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in Central Islip, New York.
