Amanda Saputo is a litigator predominately focused on trucking & transportation, product liability and premises liability. Her experience includes handling the initial response to significant accidents and representing clients in state and federal court and through arbitration.

Amanda's product liability practice focuses on the design of various parts of trucks, while her trucking & transportation practice ranges from minor vehicle accidents to accidents involving fatalities, serious burns and traumatic brain injuries. The majority of her premises liability docket concerns slip-and-fall accidents and assaults.

Importantly, Amanda takes the time to learn about the information, policies and techniques developed by each of the companies she represents, enabling her to provide high-quality representation in an efficient manner. Amanda routinely advises clients on compliance with regulations, legal strategy in pending lawsuits and mitigating the risk of future litigation.

A thought leader within the profession, Amanda presented "The Changing Face of Spoliation in Texas" and spoke at the 2021 Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership Summit. Amanda was published in ALFA International's bi-annual compendium regarding statewide updates in construction law and in DRI's For the Defense, which featured her in-depth article, "Spoliation: Manufacturing – Defect Cases Without the Key Product."
