Amanda Qadri Associate




Amanda Qadri has extensive litigation experience, including serving as the second chair in a bench trial for an ownership dispute in a wrongful death action. She also has experience defending property loss claims and litigating negligence actions in state and federal courts. 

While in law school, Amanda was a member of the Trial Team and served as a research and teaching assistant to Talbot "Sandy" D’Alemberte, Florida State University President Emeritus and President Emeritus of the American Bar Association. Amanda also is acknowledged in Georgetown Law Journal and Iowa Law Review for her research assistance to Professor Justin Sevier.

Representative Matters

Successfully conducted the deposition of a corporation representative seeking benefits under the applicable insurance contract to highlight fraud and to undermine credibility of the claim, which thereafter led to a positive settlement resolution. 

Prevailed in a discovery dispute regarding claims file documentation and information sought by opposing counsel, successfully inhibiting the disclosure of privileged documentation and the deposition of protected expert witnesses.
