Andrew Scarpace Associate

Andrew Scarpace is a dedicated litigator with strong attention to detail, primarily focused on complex civil litigation, particularly in the professional liability, construction defects and product liability contexts. Andrew’s professional liability experience ranges from design professionals, architects and engineers to health care advocates, such as nurses and dentists. Andrew adopts a proactive approach to civil litigation, and knows that the best defense is a good offense. Andrew believes that the best litigators are as good with the law as they are with the facts.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Andrew gained broad experience in a myriad of legal contexts. He spent time in the Wisconsin court system, working in the Wisconsin Circuit Courts as well as the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Andrew also has experience in the Federal Court System, having interned at both the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. In addition, Andrew spent time working in-house at a Chicago-based major accounting firm before joining a private litigation practice.

Areas of Focus

Commercial Litigation
