Anjali Patel represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automotive liability, premises liability, business and real estate litigation. Throughout her career, Anjali has focused on detailed legal research and analysis as well as thoughtful and practical solutions to address her clients’ needs. 

During law school, Anjali had the opportunity to intern with then U.S. Representative of Arizona Gabrielle Giffords and externed with U.S. District Court Judge Stephen McNamee. She holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology.

Anjali provides legal counsel and risk management services to a variety of clients in the visual and performing arts, collaborating with other Wilson Elser attorneys specializing in related areas such as insurance, trusts and estates and taxation and bankruptcy. She represents artists, content creators, theaters, gallerists, nonprofits, corporate entities and contractors in a variety of litigation, transactional and due diligence matters. Anjali also is familiar with national and Arizona legislation and case law pertaining to the arts and attuned to the developments in the art market nationally and globally.

Anjali has successfully represented countless corporate entities and their principals in and out of litigation in a wide variety of matters ranging from new entity formation and contracts negotiation to ongoing litigation.

Anjali provides clients in the transportation industry and their insurers with sound and uncompromising representation. Her cases include all types of first- and third-party liability matters, personal injury and accident claims, regulatory compliance issues, products/manufacturing claims and subrogation claims.
