Anna Wyatt primarily handles a range of matters for an American multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence. 

Before joining Wilson Elser, Anna practiced in the areas of auto and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, premises liability, police brutality and mass toxic tort cases. She also provided criminal representation for plaintiffs whose civil cases included criminal accusations against them. 

During this time, Anna volunteered at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation where she provided pro bono representation for a landlord/ tenant matter and an employment contract dispute. She also volunteered with the Southern Center for Human Rights during the Black Lives Matter movement in Atlanta, Georgia, in the summer of 2020, providing pro bono representation for protestors who were arrested while protesting. 

In her third year of law school, Anna worked for the Georgia Capital Defender’s Office where she helped with appeals for defendants on Georgia’s death row.

Obtained remand from federal court back to state court in a police brutality case.

Obtained summary judgment in a premises liability case where minor client suffered a traumatic brain injury while at an after-school program.

Successfully litigated and helped mediate a case against waste management company.

Successfully litigated and helped mediate a case against a large variety store chain.
