Avery Moyle assists with motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, as well as general civil litigation, primarily defending clients in personal injury matters and 42 U.S.C. §1983 claims.
Avery worked at Wilson Elser as a law clerk, and upon law school graduation and passing the Texas Bar exam, she joined the firm as an associate attorney. She obtained insurance defense experience while working at a construction firm in Dallas.
