Ben Davis represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile and carrier liability, premises liability, products liability and contracts. Ben has a decade of litigation and trial experience, and is skilled in taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses and experts. Ben can assess the potential exposure early on in a case and provide an accurate determination of defense costs, enabling the client to make an informed decision regarding whether to settle or litigate a claim.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Ben’s practice focused on defense of general liability matters including catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, products liability and wrongful death cases. His successes include a defense verdict in a premises liability case in 2018, and a defense verdict in an admitted liability auto accident case in 2017, by arguing that the impact was not a substantial cause of the plaintiff’s damages.
