Beth Golub Partner

Beth Golub represents individuals and businesses in all stages of litigation through trial in California’s state and federal district courts. She is known for her responsiveness and solid relationship-building skills, evident in her long-standing affiliation with a global technology company and its third-party administrators. Beth’s caseload is extremely heavy throughout California, making her trial experience and negotiation skills particularly valuable.

In addition, Beth has handled medical malpractice, employment, personal injury, elder abuse, sexual assault, products liability and business disputes since 1986. She has tried eight cases successfully on behalf of defendants resulting in defense verdicts or awards lower than offers made before trial via the California Code of Civil Procedure §998.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Beth was a senior counsel at a top-tier, mid-size civil litigation firm, where she represented corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals in high-level mediation and defense of transportation-related accidents, assault and battery, and other claims.
