Booker Coleman is an experienced litigator and counselor representing a wide range of clients across a variety of industry sectors, including, transportation, franchising, financial services, manufacturing, technology, real estate and food services. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. Booker’s work includes tort and premises liability claims, shipper liability claims, contract claims, and trade secret, copyright and non-compete claims, to name a few. Booker has first-chair experience representing companies in contested proceedings and handling numerous aspects of general business litigation from the initial pleadings through case resolution, including discovery and e-discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial preparation and appeal.

Booker takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality work and achieving results that further his clients’ established goals in the most efficient way possible. He is mindful of the various ways litigation can impact individuals and companies – whether a mom and pop shop or multinational corporation – and uses his depth of experience representing clients on both sides of the “v.” to focus on the big picture when helping resolve complex factual and legal issues. As a counselor, Booker anticipates potential issues and legal risks that may result from decisions made today and offers real-world advice and solutions to help mitigate what may come tomorrow.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Booker worked as a business and commercial litigator at full-service national law firms for more than 10 years.
