Areas of Focus

Complex Tort & General Casualty / Personal & Premises Liability
When handling personal and premises liability claims, Brenda acts quickly to protect and preserve vital evidence. She assesses damages based on pain and suffering, lost wages, medical expenses and the rights of surviving family members in the event of death. Brenda was board certified in personal injury trial law for more than 20 years.

Medical Malpractice
Brenda has represented physicians, hospitals and nurses, including nurse practitioners and nurse anesthesiologists, among others. She has lectured nationally to health care professionals regarding medico-legal issues and to the nursing home industry regarding liability issues.
